Help, windows doesn't recognize the Pi

When i plug Pi in the pc, windows says that it could not recognize the device. It should say "LEGO READER V2.10 is set up and ready to use" but it doesn't.

If it helps, after i run the "npm install" command it says: npm WARN [email protected] requires a peer of bufferutil@^4.0.1 but none is installed. You must install peer dependencies yourself. npm WARN [email protected] requires a peer of utf-8-validate@^5.0.2 but none is installed. You must install peer dependencies yourself.
