Fix crash when there are no saves available

Describe the bug If there are no saves on the console, then when starting Checkpoint crash Atmosfera

To Reproduce

  1. format console
  2. install game, dont start
  3. start Checkpoint
  4. all crash

Switch 9.0.0: [] Atmosphere 0.9.4, [] hekate 5.0.2 [] Checkpoint 3.7.2 [] DBI [] Lockpick_RCM

Just had this happen to me, was so confused by it.

Appears to affect 3ds version as well. On a fresh install with no games having been launched yet, it crashed on launch, but then after running a game to create a save file, it ran fine.

I had the same issue a few months ago after a factory reset on my Switch. I confirm this. It happens when the console have zero game save. Creating at least one save by running a game solves the crash.
