Panning is already implemented. Support for pitch changes is more complicated, since in a MIDI file they are channel events and not a property attached to each note.

Closing as there's not much we can do about this.

Is this really necessary? If a save path wasn't already chosen, a file popup dialog will appear, which will disrupt the song playback anyway.
