Over counting and under counting

There is some over counting an undercounting going on.

Beds and doors - are counted as 2x because they are 2 blocks. If placed in a chest, they are counted correctly.
Melons are only counted if they are whole grown melons. Melon stems might need to be counted as "melons"
Ladders only count if they are in a chest.
Growing sugar can is not counted at all
