Wildcard option for removing players from top

Describe the solution you'd like us to implement.

Currently you have the ability to remove certain players from /is top by typing /bsbadmin top remove <player>. It would be nice and handy to have a wildcard option to wipe the entire top list like /bsbadmin top remove all. Given that, you can easily wipe all top players and start from the beginning without having to delete any files or drop any tables.

Edit: I just figured there is the TopTenData folder/table you can delete/drop but having an ingame option to erase the file contents might be more handy for some other people.
