Level Specific Spawner Value

There is only 1 type of Spawner in config so that means i can't do witch spawner have 1 million value and chicken have 50 thousand that's just an example and Ik that alot of server would love this to be added.

I suppose they can either buy them on OP's server - or just using a spawn egg on a spawner turns it into the spawn egg's entity type.
