Factions and Guilds-like plugin give the ability to the owner of the group to set a MOTD that members can see upon connecting.

A sign doesn't really cut it, if we could run a command we can just pull in a book, a kit, or send a few msgs, and different for a visitor vs a team member vs owner..
This way add-ons could give an initial help book, or island creation can get a ding sound and title msg, or a visitor might be getting : our rules, no grief, you can kill mobs.. have fun! we have a shop btw.. while a team member might get: next on todo: greenhouse! and get to level 500!! < heart emoji >
I hope i am making sense.
instead of motd that's limited, i rather see execution of a command, so we can inject existing things like /cmi msg %player% blah blah .. or whatever we believe we need.
