Ability to disable ranks

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have just Visitor, Coop and Owner on /is settings. Right now there is trusted (what I don't use), sub-owner (there is any documentation about this rank anywhere and I don't want to use it).

Describe alternatives you've considered Add to the config:

# Ranks that are enabled - Valid ones are: Visitor, Coop, Trusted, Member, Sub-Owner and Owner
  enabled-ranks:
  - Visitor: 0
  - Coop: 300
  - Member: 900

The value would be used for this:

That would be awesome. I also do not want to use trusted and its only displaying in settings
