The only way to make lightning creepers blow up creatures to generate heads is to enable creeper blast protection, I want players to be able to set up island creeper blast protection on their own, whereas right now it's only possible to set up world-wide creeper blast protection

@CuteLittleSky This may take a while, so I recommend you set Creeper Protection to off globally. Make sure "Creeper Griefing" is enabled. This prevents visitors from igniting creepers on an island. This should actually be the default setting for games I would recommend - Creepers can blow up islands, but visitors cannot make them do it.
