Color inconsistency in island flag settings

Describe the bug

Some flags have differently colored lore lines, instead of being green.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open the flag settings.
2. Hover over the boat setting.
3. Observe the two colors.

Expected behavior

Should both be green.
