Command to delete homes

There's no way of "renaming" or just plainly deleting a home.

Describe the solution you'd like us to implement.

Add a /[label] delhome (or /[label] home delete/remove) command that would do just that.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Additional context

It shouldn't allow removing the last home, if there's only one left.
