Better Island-Homes for Nether & End

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If you build a mobfarm in the nether/end and the default island spawn is there, you can't change that and always spawn on that big farm, that is a little bit annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like 2 new commands: /is sethome Nether /is sethome End

to change the spawn-location in the dimensions.

Describe alternatives you've considered i dont know.

Okay, so, if I'm not mistaken, what is being asked here is:

• if player X has a home in the Nether, then instead of teleporting them to the "Nether spawnpoint", it should teleport them to their home in the Nether.
• same for the End

Then, what happens if multiple homes are in the Nether/the End ?
