Write guidelines/tutorial for translations

If we want to get more people into helping us to translate stuff, we need to write a decent guide to it.

Not only for translating :) For everything... there are literary no guidelines for anything currently :D

I can get started on this once I get home though it will take a few day for me to hammer it out I’ll let you know once I’m ready for a review

Note I can only help with the guidelines not the translations as I’m not sure how that works

Could we kinda add to this? It would be helpful for people just getting into java if we wrote a guide on how to import a repository into eclipse, and how to make it build correctly.

We should also look into gitpod.io for users to build with if they don't want to download software.
