Island max-team-limit

Expected behavior

islands can't have more team members then there is set in the config.

island:

Default max team size

Permission size cannot be less than the default below.

max-team-size: 5

Observed/Actual behavior

islands can now have more than 5 members in there team (see picture )

Steps/models to reproduce

make sure players can no more than the limit add team members to there islands.
