[New Feature] Prevent players to break magic blocks from under

Hi, right now, I can go under the magic block and break it unlimited of times without any mobs that can spawn under it.

It will be a feature since right now, players can go under the magic block and break it. If they are ingenious, they can put water to get every blocks.

The feature will be to prevent them to break the magic from under it maybe?

If they are under the magic block, they wont get any mobs, so it can be a "usebug" :) Just saying

im sure you mean that the mobs still spawn but cant get to the players because the player is under the one block. Im really not sure how you could prevent that besides spawning the mobs above the player instead of above the block. Image to explain better:

players are standing on the stone breaking the ( grass block thats the oneblock ) and due to being under the block no mobs spawn and attack them.
