Use the close vote reason as they would appear "From review"?

Fairly recently, in some queues, reviewing a post as "need closure" would also add the closure message as a comment on the question/answer.

Wouldn't it be great to offer a consistent experience there and propose those as comments?

PS: I know I can change it for myself in the import/export functionality, but I am just thinking about futurproofing the app.
