Remove jcenter() dependencies to make the project compatible for Gradle 8

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now, in the file build.gradle we are still using jcenter(), which will be deprecated soon. This doesn't allow us to move to the future version of Gradle 8

Describe the solution you'd like The known dependencies still depending on jcenter() are the music visualization libraries. As soon as these move to mavencentral we should be good to move too. Other dependencies have not been tested yet.

Describe alternatives you've considered If the music visualization libraries don't move to mavencentral, we might need to find another dependency or create our own copy of it and try to keep it up-to-date
