Fully support 64bit executable and dll.

dokanx.sys support 64bit driver. But other user mode executable and libraries can't be built under 64bit environment yet.

Seeing the latest comments, should this issue be closed? Is the 64bit support done or there are other issues?

@suy I think it is done, but I am not sure perfectly yet. That is why I didn't close the issue. You guys also can test that and let me know if you get something.

I'd gladly test it (for use with enfs4win). Do you supply binaries, or is it really from source only?
