Is not there a tool already helping community managers?
If ergosteur/YouTube-Community-to-webhook aim is to post at the same time on YouTube and Discord with a single tool, then there is no perfect workaround than being able to create YouTube community post from a tool (other than the usual web-browser UI), as I verified that new community posts are not retrieved in realtime.

I checked answer by answer and have not noticed something interesting.
Instead of posting standalone here and there on Stack Overflow without clear and precise index, leveraging Webscrap_any_website seems to make sense, see Webscrap_any_website/issues/12.
