Getting kernel panic

Hi I'm getting kern panic on 10.14.3 any way to solve this? System info show blank space where should be the graphic card used. Having a 11,3 macbook pro, thanks.

While it installed this version, the machine just restarted instantaneously. After restarting I ran the nvidia-update again and it patched the driver. Then I restarted again. Seems to be fine...
