Add models with oscillations
We discussed that it would be interesting to have some oscillatory models in the collection. Anyone have ideas for models including real experimental data?
models regarding cell cycle/circadian clock should be a good point to start...
There are tons of those around, but when I was looking for them, it was hard to find models which were parametrized with quantitative data... This is (at least for what I've seen) often done in a qualitative fashion...
