Option for custom display time

Hey there,

Currently the plugin attempts to choose a fitting amount time to display toasts depending on the content of the message. However, I think it would be good to have an additional option to override this with a set duration, possibly in (milli)seconds. My reasoning behind this would be to be more inline with how Windows notifications work, showing for a set time regardless of content.
