New install always has Utility Room as area, should be empty

Every time I (re-)add the luxtronix integration, I (of course) have to add the devices to an area. With this integration, the area is always prefilled with Utility Room. However, I don’t use that room and I’d rather have the area not prefilled.

Just a little thing, but for me I’d be an improvement.
