Missing GTF file path

The make_hg38_tran.sh file for UCSC hg38 genome_tran Hisat2 index (https://genome-idx.s3.amazonaws.com/hisat/hg38_tran.tar.gz) does not contain the path from which GTF file has been obtained.

UCSC_HG38_GTF_BASE is undefined.

Though the desired GTF file is included with the index, the source is not clear.
