Hey! I can't pair my remote on windows 10. When windows detects it, windows asks for a pin. there's absolutely no way, no option to skip this! on windows 7...

Delay before repeat setting

Please, add setting 'delay time before repeat (ms)'. Currently it equals to 'button repeat interval'.
