Toggle Speaker Configuration (5.1 and Stereo)

Hi, I would like to toggle my speaker configuration between stereo to use the AV-reciever DDII-Movie upsamling for stereo sources (like youtube for example) and 5.1 to playback 5.1 movies. Especially with Windows 11 toggling between stereo and 5.1 is a multi step process which could be a lot easier using the SoundSwitch hotkey feature.

Any chance of this being implemented?

I could look into the basics and prepare a PR.
