Add option for banner custom position

What workfow do you want to improve?

Currently, the banner only has preset options to set its position, which is not always feasible if someone wants it in a specific place.

How to make it better?

Add an option for the banner's custom position.

The option could work like this:

1. When the option for the banner's custom position is ticked, another option will appear -> An option which locks/unlocks the banner's position.
2. When the banner is unlocked, we can drag and move it with the mouse wherever we want on the screen. Then, we lock it back to save the banner's custom position.
