Make it possible to enable/disable profiles without removing them

What workfow do you want to improve?

If i want to temporary disable a profile i need to delete the profile and add it again when i want to enable it again.

How to make it better?

Instead add a column with a check mark to easy enable and disable a profile.

Any alternative?
