download bandwidth is 0 kbits/s

Hello, first of all, thank you for the application, it is really fantastic.

1. Describe the bug (mandatory)

I have a problem with the Android application on my phone,I use SIP and I don't hear the calls, when I see the statistics the download bandwidth is 0 kbits/s. It is the latest version that I have downloaded from playstore.

2. To Reproduce (mandatory)

All incoming and outgoing calls have the same problem, the download bandwidth is always 0 (with this device). I can't hear the other person

3. Expected behavior (mandatory)

I wish I could hear the other person, I have tried it with other cell phones and it works perfectly
