Linphone NuGet package

Hi,

According to the linphone wiki (https://wiki.linphone.org/xwiki/wiki/public/view/Lib/Getting%20started/Xamarin/), the .nupkg for Xamarin/MAUI/Windows will be available in https://gitlab.linphone.org/BC/public/linphone-sdk/-/packages?type=nuget&sort=desc&orderBy=created_at

But the last version available of SDK is 5.2.99. Is this a CI problem or have you guys stopped generating the packages?

@Viish @AndreaGianarda will NuGet packages still be generated by your CI?
