Feature Request: Attended Transfer

It would be great if the application can do a 'warm' transfer, aka attended transfer aka SIP REPLACES transfer.

When clicking the call control, you can do 'Transfer', which does a blind transfer... the user doing the transfer is then no longer taking part in the call.

Normal Steps for Attended Transfer: Have a call in progress Hit Attended Transfer button Call new party.. talk to new party. Hit Complete Transfer button Now the outside party is talking to the new transferred party, and Linphone is no longer in the call.

FYI, I recently submitted pull request #511 which adds support for attended transfer.

It's already available in latest releases (4.3.0) -> at least on windows
