Readme missing required deps

It seems that linphone requires soci (master) and belr (master) both of which are not listed in the readme. Please add them to the readme.

To ease Linphone build, I suggest you to use the sdk available at this link https://gitlab.linphone.org/BC/public/linphone-sdk Belr and Soci are normally needed by Linphone submodules which you may have already built.
