Call lifecycle documentation missing

Hi all, I can't find any info online about possible state changes of call state. I've found this page with some info about each state, but not about state changes (for example, when a call change is state from Connected to another, or from End to Released).

We are having issues about application wake up from background state. We wanna do some things when the call is ended but we can't understand the right time to do that. For thing, if necessary, I can open another issue.
