dsi-llc/EFDCPlus appears to be renamed in GitHub

It appears that there are now two repos: EFDCPlus_Stable and EFDCPlus8.5. It looks like the latter is the active one.

From my scripts...

ERROR: Repository not found.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
