Autorise to select language on parakeet v3

Describe the bug

I speak French, and there are often English words or sentences detected by Parakeet that should not be. I would like to select French instead of autodetect

To Reproduce

Select parakeet v3 and talk French, and then say one English word that is often used in French (manager, for instance) and finish the sentence. The end of the sentence will be in English instead of French.

Expected behavior

Same quality as Groq V3, which can detect an English sentence without translating everything
