Enhancement: Simple word replacement dictionary
Hi!
As much as I like the idea of the AI-enhancement dictionaries, I often just want a simple text replacement. For example, to be able to say "DaVinci Script Guides" and it replacing it with a link to the folder with my codes guide for DaVinci resolve (for an LLM to ingest) and instructions on how to use them. This kind of thing is super useful, and one of the few things I miss from other similar tools I've used. Any chance we could get this simple type of text replacement?
I think what you're asking is already present in the Dictionary tab, which is second or third from the end in the list on the left sidebar. There is a simple text replacement.
@avinashkanaujiya I see what you mean, but what seems weird to me is that it says: "Add word replacements to automatically replace text during Al enhancement."
If this is detached from the AI enhancement, shouldn't it be available even without?

Where did you find that info? Have I written it somewhere?
Word replacement is a separate preprocessing step that happens after transcription but before any AI processing.
@Beingpax haha yeah it's right there! Does that mean that it's a typo or inaccurate?
@coopr sure! The text is misleading/wrong but the functionality is there. Worth updating but not a breaking thing
