Have tried both releases and from github repository but still no luck...and again i tried downloading the zip file still i am not getting those buttons 

I guess the button is disable maybe thats why it's not reflecting here in ui

where i can found Ui for this action

so far i didn't got buttons am i doing something wrong ...buttons are not comming
