Program appears in taskbar and provides corner size options
I wanted to provide users the option to pick their own corner size, so I've made the program appear in the Windows taskbar, where the user can right-click on it to choose a different corner size. The rounding updates when the display changes. The program saves the user's choices between sessions. The corners can be rounded with either a circular radius or a more smooth "squircle" style.
I have also added .bat files to install the prerequisites for building the project, to build the project, and to run the project. These files are documented and referenced in the updated README.md. A static link to the latest release has been added at the top of the README.md to make it obvious where the program can be downloaded.

It seems that the developer is no longer maintaining this application. Could you please open Fork and bring a new version with your important PR to users?
I believe it would be great if a fork were created, as this one seems to be abandoned. And it is a shame, as it is a very unique software.
