I opened `madeira.dng` (it has GPS info) in RT `5.5-281-g`aa379308e, set some IPTC tags, set meta mode to "Apply modifications" and saved a JPG. It contains IPTC and GPS info....

RawTherapee is far more flexible today than it was back when the "Save reference image for profiling" button was implemented. Is that button even still necessary? To be checked whether...
