Have you logged out and back into crunchyroll? Do you have Crunchyroll premium?

i reinstalled the app an now they are showing me this

That happens because Crunchyroll doesn't send us any info on how to play the video you're trying to load. This is either because you don't have access to the video or something changed on their end (they broke it most likely).

Try disconnecting and connecting Crunchyroll again, and if it doesn't change anything I'll see if I can reproduce it
