Picture In Picture instead of "Maximized mode"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No problem. It's a Firefox feature(picture in picture) though.

Describe the solution you'd like Create an option on settings: PIP (Picture In Picture).

Given an anime is playing on maximized mode (see controls.vue#L128)

Then...

1. Enables "Always On Top" configuration always on top (enables win.setAlwaysOnTop(flag[, level][, relativeLevel]), set level=floating)
2. and collapse(show on hover?) toolbar with searchbox.
