MAL Scrobbling

Update statuses/progress on MAL as well as AL

Blocked until MAL API returns. Other APIs like Jikan only exist to help with reading data - not running functions like marking shows as watched.

I don't know if this is news, but MAL currently is working on an API and they currently have an endpoint that can update your list: https://myanimelist.net/apiconfig/references/api/v2#operation/anime_anime_id_my_list_status_put

But I'd understand if you think it would be better to wait for the API to be out of Beta (whenever that may be).
