front end users can't search these cities, states and countries?

I was hoping the users would be able to type in a country and it would show up in the search results, but it isn't. I am also using ACF better search. Or am I missing something?

The plugin has nothing to do with search results. It lets you select a city, based on country and possibly state. This is stored as a post meta.
