Fixes Galactica Sephora not being able to fit through its own launch tube

Fixes https://github.com/BeeStation/NSV13/issues/2578 Makes the dropships launch tube one tile wider, also replaces the blast doors and buttons with airlocks so the already existing advanced airlock controller can function. Moves the Sephora so it can leave from it's starting location, and adds a tug to move it into the tube. Fixes flight leaders icon
