Fighter tugs will not pick up fighters

Reproduction:

Attempt to close with a light fighter and pick it up utilizing the button on the UI. It does not work from any angle by which it previously worked.

Additional notes

I have not yet had the chance to test this with heavy fighters or sabres, but it picked up the sephora just fine, while subsequently refusing to pick up a light fighter.
