About The Pull Request

Adds the sprites for fishydibble in nsv13/icons/mob/ai.dmi They look like this : evil happy Here we have it varedited into the game by a gracious admin : fishydibble3 He's cute.

Why It's Good For The Game

Sprites that bokkie asked for. Yay.
