interaction with FTL console possible after walking away and while in crit

Reproduction: walk away from the FTL console with the FTL window open and try to interact with it e.g. jump, cancel jump use map

it is still possible to use the FTL console when you have walked away from it, while in crit or both. it is also possible to use while dead and away from the FTL console as i did close to round end in which I initiated and cancelled a FTL jump while dead next to the TAC console
