Rebuilding destryoed gauss turrets breaks everything

Reproduction:

the gauss turret breaking (in this case due to a pyro anomoly) absolutely breaks everything linked with the gauss turret, and there's no way to fix that

rebuilding the gauss chairs ends up with them unlinked, even if they're directly under, and the gauss loading bays end up extremely mis-aligned, even if the turret is rebuilt in the exact same place

99% sure the misplaced loaders was from an admin trying to “fix” them. I rebuilt all the gauss turrets in a line, and then suddenly they were moved. In a way it’s consistent, just unlike what they are at roundstart, the loaders get placed directly below the turret, and the chairs work on the tile north of the loaders.

ideally there should be a provision for deciding/moving the loading rack during gauss construction then

Also related to broken gauss, rounds scattered across the floor from a destroyed rack were still transparent
