Toolset implant radial menu becomes transparent with the Chameleon mutation

Reproduction:

Get any toolset implant installed into your arm and get the Chameleon mutation. Stand still and try to open and cloae the tool menu of the implant. You'll see it becoming more and more transparent alongside you, untill it fully becomes invisible when you do. It's still interactable with but you can't see any of the buttons.
