Adds a small light and examine text when theres new research

About The Pull Request

If there's new designs FOR YOUR LATHE TYPE, a light will turn on on your lathes, and examine text will be added noted changes. You won't get notified about medical designs from a security lathe, for instance.

Why It's Good For The Game

Makes it easy to tell at a glance whether science is doing their job, check if they researched the thing you yelled at them 5 times for, and saves a ton of time not having to hit the sync research button and searching for an item to check.

I think it would probably be more helpful if these machines just automatically synced with research instead
